Responsible for clerical and clinical assistant responsibilities within the Clinic under the supervision of appropriate staff. Maintain equipment in all areas. Assist staff with daily tasks associated with the department. Is a role model of customer service principles and consistently monitors and implements quality efforts.

Responsible for clerical and clinical assistant responsibilities within the Physical Therapy office under the supervision of appropriate staff. Maintain equipment in all areas. Assist staff with daily tasks associated with the department. Is a role model of customer service principles and consistently monitors and implements quality efforts. 1. Ensures the patient care policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with applicable quality of care standards. 2. Compliant with HIPAA guidelines, provides privacy and maintains confidentiality. 3. Consistently and appropriately responds to the needs and concerns of patients, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner. 4. Assist clinical rehabilitation staff with preparation of treatment area. Will assist with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline. 5. Maintain the cleaning, maintenance and inventory of all Rehab equipment.
Education:
High school graduate or GED required. Entry level position. Responsible for clerical and clinical assistant responsibilities within the Clinic under the supervision of appropriate staff. Maintain equipment in all areas. Assist staff with daily tasks associated with the department. Is a role model of customer service principles and consistently monitors and implements quality efforts.
Must be:
Physically Fit, able to lift more than 50Lbs., customer service experience
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
