RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting doctors with patient care, including physical therapy modalities and rehab exercises Various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned Greeting patients and visitors in a professional manner Physical therapy modalities under the direction of the doctor Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises, and teach home exercises Accurate and efficient data entry of billings and charges Working with the front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment Front desk responsibilities: answering phones, taking messages, confirming appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned Clinical research: requires collecting and completing forms with patient data Regularly communicate with patients, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment, including direct patient care Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
: High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree Previous Experience preferred, not required Bilingual in Spanish/English Preferred backgrounds (not required) include: Medical Assistants, CNAs, Chiropractic Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Rehab Aides, Athletic Trainers, and any other patient care or medical office professionals interested in making a difference in patients' lives!
