Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat Responsibilities Assist licensed therapists in patient care under supervision. Document patient progress and update records accurately. Adhere to safety, privacy, and compliance standards in all tasks. Assist with patient assessments and routine outcome measures. Provide patient education on exercises and home care plans. Collaborate with team to align on patient goals and treatment plans. Demonstrate proactive learning and apply new techniques as directed. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for sessions efficiently. Support performance targets by tracking daily activity and outcomes. Participate in on-site meetings to review pipeline and territory goals. Support onboarding of new patients and scheduling coordination. Maintain inventory of supplies and request re-orders when needed. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in [state], current registration. Assist licensed therapists under supervision in direct patient care. Accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes. Adhere to privacy, safety, and compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA). Experience with patient assessments and routine outcome measures. Provide instruction on exercises and home care plans to patients. Strong teamwork with goal-aligned treatment plans and regular follow-ups. Proactive learner; apply new techniques as directed and pursue continuing education. Track daily activity and outcomes to support performance targets. Efficient setup and breakdown of treatment areas and equipment. On-site participation in meetings to review pipeline and territory goals. Assist with onboarding of new patients and scheduling coordination. Maintain inventory of supplies; proactive re-ordering and vendor liaison. Ability to work on-site in a growth-focused, results-driven environment.
