Receptionist Location:
804 Pershing Dr, Silver Spring, MD (in-person)
Pay:
$18-$20/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (mix of 9-hour and 5.5-hour days) Rotating Saturday shift (~4.5 hours) 40-45 hours weekly Travel to sister clinics may be required for training or coverage This is a hybrid clinical + administrative role combining front-desk duties with hands-on patient support. The position focuses on customer service, organization, and assisting the chiropractor with treatments and daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Answering calls, emails, and patient inquiries Scheduling and directing patients Managing patient records and data entry General administrative duties (paperwork, scanning, etc.) Monitoring and ordering office supplies Supporting staff and chiropractor with daily tasks
Clinical Support Duties:
