Start date:

Weekly pay range:
$1,628-$1,769 per week with guaranteed 35 hours per week.

Skilled Nursing Facility (LTAC) travel assignment Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapy Assistant support under the supervising PT in an LTAC/skilled nursing facility environment. Carry out chosen components of the plan of care, including therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, ROM, strengthening, and balance activities. Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the supervising PT. Assist with data collection, standard assessments, and the safe use of therapeutic modalities as delegated by the PT. Maintain equipment, ensure a safe therapy environment, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies. Requirements Active Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligible) to practice. Experience in LTAC or skilled nursing settings is preferred. Ability to work the assigned schedule (35 hours per week) in a travel assignment. Strong communication skills and accurate, timely documentation. Eligibility to work in the United States and participate in travel assignments. Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional standards in a healthcare setting.
