The facility provides Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, offering patients comprehensive support throughout their recovery. The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and provides access to adaptive sports equipment and Recreational Therapy services, creating a supportive environment focused on functional recovery and independence.
