Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Check patients in and out for appointments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related documentation Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Assist with patient paperwork and electronic health records Support chiropractors and staff with daily office operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort learning office software
