Professional Growth Mentorship and support from an experienced Physical Therapy team Exposure to orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric populations Specialty training in balance and vestibular rehabilitation Opportunities for continued professional growth as our clinic expands What You'll Do Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of licensed Physical Therapists Implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology to enhance treatment outcomes Document patient care using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives, including fall-prevention programs Qualifications Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan Graduate of an accredited PTA program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Interest in orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation Join a clinic where you'll have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills, work with innovative technology, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients.
