Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to ensure accurate medical documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Valid certification or license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance with state or national licensing boards. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and related medical terminology. Familiarity with clinical assessment documentation standards and medical documentation practices. Ability to operate medical equipment safely and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems proficiently.
