Job Description

Sure Cure LLC is currently seeking qualified physical therapist assistant candidate to join our dynamic team to work in outpatient physical therapy clinic in Canton area, Michigan as well as for home care in Tri county area. You will be working as part of rehab team in friendly environment to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. Sure Cure is committed to delivering high quality, individualized care for the patients. This PTA position is for contractual or long term basis. If you are a Physical Therapy Assistant and believe you are a person that is flexible and motivated to expand your experience this is a great opportunity for you.
PTA duties and responsibilities:
Providing patient care as per care plan Provide treatment to achieve therapy goals and improve functional mobility. Document patient progress, treatment and patients medical status as per requirement. Consult Physical therapist for revising plan of care and resetting goals as per requirement. Requirements for
PTA:
Current state of Michigan license of PTA 1-2 years experience preferred in an outpatient/ home care setting. Manual therapy experience preferred Current CPR certification. Exercise, manual skills and knowledge of therapy modalities. Outgoing and energetic personality. Excellent communication and documentation skills New Grads Welcome To Apply!!
