Job Description
You do not need previous chiropractic, or other medical office experience, to be considered for this position - however, experience is helpful. Hours are 20-25 per week, but which days employee will work are subject to mutual agreement. We are seeking a chiropractic assistant/receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform receptionist duties and keep the chiropractic facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Handle receptionist duties in a friendly manner Perform routine clerical tasks to support clinic staff Keep till accurate and maintain patient ledgers Help patient flow run smoothly Assist with documentation as necessary Keep office clean and neat Desirable Qualifications:
Passionate about chiropractic care Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to plan ahead and anticipate patient and doctor's needs Knowledge of, or willing to learn, chiropractic medical billing and verifications Strong organizational skills Healthcare marketing experience Technology skills and knowledge of ChiroTouch Software Knowledge or experience with chiropractic Enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills Great communication skills Conduct yourself in a professional manner Ability to work weekdays and potentially Saturdays, 20-25 hours per week Benefits There is significant opportunity for growth, and ideally developing the position into a rewarding career Hours allow for extended midday lunch breaks Benefits include free chiropractic care, time off as needed with approval, and a performance based bonus structure.
