What You'll Do Provide high-quality inpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Support patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, surgical, and medical conditions Assist with mobility training, strengthening exercises, balance work, and functional mobility Document progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team Contribute to a safe, positive, healing environment for patients and families What We're Looking For Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment A passion for teamwork and continuous learning Schedule Day shift with some flexibility based on patient census and departmental needs.
