Job Description

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Lathrup Village MI (20 min N of Detroit) $25-$35/hr | Full time We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for our growing practice in Lathrup Village MI. We need a Physical Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping patients heal and who thrives in a high-quality, clinical environment that has a strong emphasis on regenerative modalities. Some treatments that we use are shockwave therapy, laser therapy, aquatic therapy using an underwater treadmill, dry needling, cupping, and other state-of-the-art interventions.
About us:
We are an established interventional pain clinic with over 25 years of experience within the community. We focus on function-based rehab that complements advanced biologic therapies, and we treat a variety of conditions to include chronic musculoskeletal pain (spine, hips, knees, shoulders).
Duties:
Assist the PT with treating a wide variety of orthopedic and chronic pain patients using progressive rehab protocols Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner Maintain excellent communication with both patients and the staff Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team. Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs and staff for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program Physical Therapy Assistant license in
MI Schedule:
Full time Compensation (range): $25-$30 an hour (depending on experience)
