Job Description
We are a friendly, patient-centered chiropractic office looking for a dependable, warm, and professional individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a small healthcare team. Experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Collect payments and handle front-desk transactions Assist with in-office therapies (training provided) Take X-rays (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Support doctors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow office protocols Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working with animals Schedule Approximately 4-15 hours per week Shifts will likely be 3-4 hours long, 2-3 days a week.
