Job Description

Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Patient Care Technician - Physical Therapy. This is a great role for a student looking for health care experience. This position is for our Saginaw location. This position will require morning availability. Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, Technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs. Light clerical duties required including but not limited to: Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.

Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy Positive attitude Team player Ability to work with all types of people Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary.
