Pilot Physical Therapy was established to provide patients with a high-quality physical therapy experience where patients and staff come first. Duties:

• Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education

Skills:

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Proficient in implementing therapeutic exercises and activities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proper execution of treatment techniques
• Must have strong passion for providing high quality physical therapy in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting

$23.00
