Job Description
Pilot Physical Therapy was established to provide patients with a high-quality physical therapy experience where patients and staff come first. We are growing and looking to add passionate rehab professionals to our team! Duties:
- Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education
Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Proficient in implementing therapeutic exercises and activities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper execution of treatment techniques
- Must have strong passion for providing high quality physical therapy in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Pay:
$23.00- $32.
