We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Device Courier to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering, picking up paperwork, stocking, and tracking medical devices at hospitals and surgery centers throughout Southeast and West Michigan. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with hospital and surgery center staff. This position also requires accurate inventory tracking and documentation of medical equipment. Responsibilities Deliver medical devices and equipment to hospitals and surgery centers. Stock medical devices and supplies in designated areas. Track inventory and ensure equipment is properly accounted for during deliveries and restocking. Follow assigned daily routes and delivery schedules. Report missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment to management. Maintain accurate records of equipment movement and inventory. Communicate professionally with hospital and surgery center staff. Follow company policies and facility-specific procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle. Safely load, transport, and unload medical equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory. Good organizational and time-management skills. Reliable and able to work independently. Professional communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device to enter and update information. Ability to lift and transport medical equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to follow company and healthcare facility procedures. Up-to-date vaccinations as required by healthcare facilities. Current Tuberculosis (TB) test, maintained according to facility requirements. Annual influenza (flu) vaccination. Vehicle Provided Yes — company vehicle provided for work-related duties.
