  • Full-time Make an Impact Every Day Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Spring Lake is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant .
This is a rewarding clinical and front-desk hybrid role where you will work directly with patients and play an important role in their healing journey. Position Overview As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support the doctor by assisting with patient care, documentation, and clinic flow while also providing excellent front-office support. You will help introduce new patients to the clinic, review treatment plans and financial policies, and ensure each patient has a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You will also be trained to perform therapies offered in the office. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally Manage patient flow throughout the clinic Answer phones and schedule patient appointments Review financial policies and treatment plans with patients Check patients out and collect payments Provide exceptional customer service in all patient interactions Perform in-office therapies after training, in accordance with clinic protocols Accurately enter chart notes Assist the doctor with examinations, x-rays, vitals Skills & Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and phone skills Strong computer proficiency Team-oriented with a flexible and adaptable mindset Confident and comfortable working with new patients, including first exams Fun, positive personality with a patient-first attitude Previous experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or natural healthcare is preferred but not required What We're Looking For Compassionate and personable patient interaction Willingness to assist wherever needed within the office Ability to adapt to patient needs and daily workflow changes Strong teamwork skills, including schedule flexibility when necessary Learn and Grow With Us At Well Adjusted Chiropractic, we are committed to supporting the personal and professional, growth of our team members.
