  • Travel reimbursement Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
  • Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes, concerns, and recommendations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress using our electronic medical record system.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
  • Build positive relationships that encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, front office staff, and fellow clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) strongly preferred, but not required Position Details
