The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. If you have experience in appointment scheduling, knowledge of medical terminology, and are proficient in systems like ChiroTouch and Microsoft Office, we welcome you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage and track care plans and visits
• Schedule appointments using the clinic's electronic systems
• Respond to patient phone calls and text messages promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Manage record requests
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Scan records
• Order supplements and office supplies
• Patient recall
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a receptionist is preferred
• Knowledge of ChiroTouch Software and/or Microsoft Suites is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Values natural health care and the services this clinic provides
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
