We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and massage clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), massage, acupuncture, laser, spinal deompression, nutrition and other wellness services. And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital. You'll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, answering phones, customer service, data entry, assisting with therapies and handling finances.Who you are:

Insurance verifications Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor's treatment plan Data Entry Calling patients to schedule Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach Weekly patient reporting Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims Maintain business office inventory Other Administrative tasks What you need Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required If you feel you would be a great fit in our office please apply!
