A Physical Therapy Assistant assists physical therapists to help patients with disabling injuries or conditions improve their range of motion and manage their pain. Helps patients learn exercises and teaches them to use therapeutic equipment. Works in the office of a physical therapist or in a healthcare facility.
$17-$20/hour (based on experience) with a 30-day and 90-day review for potential wage increase. Includes performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a health-conscious, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, personable, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). You'll be a key part of our patient care team and the first friendly face many patients see when they walk in. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones, manage voicemails, and provide administrative support Efficiently manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling via our EHR system Check patients in and out, and collect payments Scan and upload patient paperwork, IDs, and insurance cards Verify insurance benefits with third-party providers Direct patients to appropriate treatment rooms and assist with therapy setup when needed Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email Manage daily mail and package deliveries Keep the clinic tidy (clean treatment rooms, restock supplies, maintain front desk area) Fax documentation as needed Assist with public relations and promotional efforts for the clinic
