What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, resident-centered skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and function Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license and registration Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred Join a rehab team that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and creating meaningful outcomes for residents.
