Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant Provision of physical therapy services in a team environment, primarily in the outpatient setting, across a wide variety of diagnoses. Focus on 1:1 patient care, providing an excellent patient experience and work environment. Ability to work closely with evaluating therapist and provide consistent, high-quality and individualized care is a must. Assists physical therapist in delivery of care consistent with the established PT plan of care. Willingness to work in all GVMH Therapy locations is desired (Clinton, Osceola, Windsor, Warsaw, inpatient) to meet team and patient needs. Current anticipated need 3 days per week, but may be additional opportunities, including possible transition to full-time position based on caseload and departmental needs. Applicants must have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license through the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts or be graduating from an accredited physical therapy assistant program by October 1, 2026.
