We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Ironton, Missouri on a PRN basis. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, patient-centered care What We're Looking For Current Missouri PTA license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team New graduates are welcome to apply!
