Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls Assist patients with therapies and exercises Help guide patients through their treatment visits Collect payments and process transactions File insurance and perform general administrative duties Maintain accurate patient records Keep the office organized and running efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
