Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work closely with our therapy team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Aspire Senior Living Malden, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care. Your expertise will help our residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, enabling them to resume their daily activities with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and activities designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Missouri N-relative experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
