Per Diem/PRN - Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Aspire Senior Living Moberly As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work on an as-needed basis to provide exceptional care to our skilled nursing facility community. About the
Role:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) , you will collaborate with our Physical Therapy team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve our residents' goals. You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. You will maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. You will participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and facility protocols.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and activities designed to improve function, mobility, and overall well-being. Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed care decisions. Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, adhering to infection control protocols. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
