Responsibilites include:
  • Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing appointment scheduling and patient records
  • Providing admin support to the office staff and Doctor
  • Assisting in front desk duties: answering phone calls, emails, managing inquiries
  • Preparing exam rooms
  • cleaning and stocking supplies
  • Coordinating patient flow and ensuring a positive experience during visits
Skills:
This position requires a high level of professionalism, compassion, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced setting
