Overview Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC)
- Clancy, MT, United States. This travel, temporary assignment is a 13-week role with a start date of 09/14/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,176 to $1,254 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours each week. Shift is Monday through Friday, in a long-term care setting focused on LTAC needs. This position is a travel assignment within a LTC
- Nursing Home environment and requires PTA work under supervision with coordinated care plans.

LTAC-focused work within LTC- Nursing Home Responsibilities Provide physical therapy assistant services under supervision, contributing to the development and execution of treatment plans for residents with LTAC needs Assist with patient evaluations, therapeutic exercises, gait training, range-of-motion activities, and modalities as directed Monitor patient responses to treatment, ensure safety, and adjust activities as clinically indicated Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with licensed clinicians, nursing staff, and other therapy professionals to coordinate care plans and discharge planning Adhere to infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and documentation standards Requirements•Travel•temporary assignment for a 13-week contract Availability to work Monday through
