Chiropractic Office Administrative Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time) Franklin, NC | Immediate Opening Join a team that helps people stay healthy—not just get out of pain. We are a busy, fast-growing Chiropractic Wellness Center in Franklin, NC focused on preventative, wellness-based care . We're seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones and handle guided patient conversations with professionalism Schedule appointments and maintain daily office flow Verify insurance and ensure billing accuracy Discuss financial plans and collect payments Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records (EHR) Support doctors, massage therapists, and staff with daily operations Maintain front desk organization and office appearance Track and order retail inventory Assist with patient preparation for therapies Perform light housekeeping and administrative duties What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with positive energy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others . Qualifications:
