Job Description
PREVIOUS APPLIANCE INSTALL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide variety of items to an address and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Requirements and skills
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good/Clean driving record
- High school degree/GED
- Working experience as a Delivery Driver is a plus You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.
