Job Description
This position involves administering prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients of all ages, assisting with program development, and ensuring efficient operations. Communicates and documents patient information according to agency policies and guidelines. Contributes to program effectiveness by organizing and performing work efficiently. Maintains and adjusts schedules to optimize agency performance. Upholds the agency's values daily and fosters positive interpersonal relations. Promotes customer satisfaction and demonstrates the organization's mission, vision, and values. Requirements include an associate degree from an accredited program, licensure in
NC/SC, CPR
certification, and at least 6 months of experience. Skills needed involve knowledge of therapy procedures, equipment handling, patient transfers, and manual techniques. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, physical, and mental abilities, including the capacity to lift over 50 lbs, apply therapy techniques, and prioritize duties. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and occasional stair climbing. Must have a valid NC driver's license and vehicle.
