Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and check them in and out with a SMILE! Provide excellent customer service and patient care. Answering phones, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments. Learn and perform passive therapies including intersegmental traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, spinal decompression, and cold laser. Work closely with doctors to instruct and lead stretches and exercises with patients. Participate in and maintain healthy workplace culture. Detailed record keeping for patient records and insurance. Maintain professionalism in and out of the office. Be on time, reliable, and stable. Learn insurance information and how it applies in a Chiropractic setting. Complete 90 day training checklist. Clean patient rooms and maintain a neat and tidy office. This full time position is four days a week from 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. And every other Thursday from 1-6 p.m. Bilingual highly preferred but not required.

Technology:
Applicant must be a proficient typist, proficiency with Gmail, Google docs, and Microsoft products.
Interpersonal Skills:
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and be open to constructive coaching from managers and doctors. Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
