A Chiropractic Assistant will work extensively to better the patient experience during their visits to our office. Responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant include catering to patient needs, assisting doctors, and working as a team with other employees to ensure each patient visit is a positive and welcoming experience. Day in the life of a CA is answering the phones, insurance verifications and explaining insurances, scheduling and tracking patient visits, transferring patients, interacting with patients, assisting in the organization of office information, and helping the doctors.
