The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient patient care across a variety of diagnoses. This role requires a strong foundation in physical therapy principles, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to diverse patient populations. In addition to helping with front desk tasks. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations of movement, strength, and functional abilities Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs and treatment goals Administer physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, orthopedics interventions, and other modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate discharge planning and transition of care Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems in compliance with healthcare regulations Assist in managing care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and patients with chronic conditions or post-surgical needs Stay updated on current physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice Experience with outpatient orthopedics Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment delivery Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with diverse populations Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert physical therapy services delivered in a supportive environment.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
