Job Description

Brookestone Meadows in Elkhorn, Nebraska, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a licensed PTA who is passionate about helping patients and residents maximize their independence, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Position Highlights
Physical Therapist Assistants play a key role in providing personalized rehabilitative care. In this position, you'll partner with patients, residents, family members, therapists, and healthcare professionals to carry out individualized treatment plans and help achieve the best possible outcomes.
