  • LTAC, Bedford, New Hampshire. This travel temporary assignment begins 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $1,699
  • 1,839 per week with guaranteed 35 hours per week on a 5x8 day shift (08:00-16:30) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Setting:
LTAC in a skilled nursing facility, Bedford, NH Travel assignment: Yes Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapy Assistant services under the supervising PT plan of care. Facilitate mobility, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and assistance with activities of daily living. Implement prescribed therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the PT. Monitor patient response to treatment; document progress, update the PT, and communicate any changes in status. Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions; maintain equipment and adhere to infection control and safety procedures. Collaborate with the physical therapist, nursing staff, and rehab team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Document sessions accurately in patient records in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice per state requirements. Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program. Prior LTAC or skilled nursing rehabilitation experience preferred. Ability to work the listed shift (08:00-16:30) with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Capable of meeting the demands of a travel assignment in a fast-paced LTAC setting.
