Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Langdon Place of Dover | Dover, NH $33-$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy designed to help residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans and support established rehabilitation goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement, and mobility techniques Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $33-$36/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply If you're a PTA looking to build your clinical skills while helping residents make meaningful progress toward their mobility goals, we'd love to hear from you.
