•40/hourWe are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while helping residents improve mobility and functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programsCarry out individualized treatment plans designed to achieve resident goalsMonitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PTCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated careComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation
