Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time The Elms Center | Milford, NH $33-$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at The Elms Center. Work alongside experienced therapy professionals while providing hands-on care that helps residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and therapy goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team What We Offer $33-$36/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply If you're a PTA looking to build your clinical experience while helping residents make meaningful progress toward their mobility goals, we'd love to hear from you.
