Nashua, NH Job Details Part-time | PRN $50 - $65 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Patient interaction Home health Manual handling Full Job Description Silver Touch HHC is looking for a Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant Part Time, to join our team! We offer a flexible schedule and a sign on BONUS $1500 for a part time position (minimum of 16 hours per week) You will receive $750.00 at the completion of six months employment and the remaining $750.00 at the completion of one year employment. You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
