m., five days per week Start date: 10/19/2026 Work setting: Long-term care / nursing home Assignment details: 13 contract weeks Responsibilities Provide therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, mobility training, transfers, and functional activities. Observe patient responses to interventions and communicate changes or progress to the supervising PT. Assist with treatment planning and implementation appropriate to each resident's goals and rehab plan. Maintain safety during therapy, promote proper body mechanics, and ensure equipment and treatment areas are clean and organized. Document progress notes and ensure timely, accurate charting in the resident's record. Collaborate with nursing and rehab teammates to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes across shifts.
