Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Stratham, NH Bodywise Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a full-time PTA to join our Stratham team. We're an independent, locally owned outpatient practice — not a corporate mill. That means no double-booking, no rushing patients through 15-minute slots, and no productivity quotas that get in the way of good care. Every patient gets one-to-one time with their provider for the full 40-minute session. If you got into this field to actually treat people instead of managing a caseload of overlapping patients, this is that job. What you'll do: Provide hands-on treatment under the direction of our PTs, following individualized plans of care Spend real time with patients — one-on-one, full sessions, no double-booking Document treatment sessions and communicate progress with the supervising PT Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies Contribute to a team that treats each other, and our patients, like people What we're looking for: Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current NH state licensure (or eligibile/in process) CPR certification Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care Someone who wants to grow with an independent practice, not just clock in
