Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports Implementing physical therapy treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions Providing manual therapy techniques, such as massage and soft tissue mobilization Conducting patient assessments and identifying areas of improvement Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant licensure Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
