Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who shares our commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and is eager to contribute to a supportive, fun, and collaborative work environment. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients in an outpatient setting, assisting in the delivery of personalized treatments designed to help them achieve their recovery goals. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Physical Therapists to provide individualized therapy that's tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Lead one-on-one therapy sessions to help patients improve strength, mobility, and functional ability, while providing emotional support throughout their recovery journey. Create meaningful connections with patients, encouraging and motivating them every step of the way. Track patient progress closely, documenting changes and ensuring care plans remain on track. Educate patients and their families on how to manage their condition, perform exercises at home, and make lifestyle changes that support recovery. Foster a healing, positive environment where patients feel cared for and empowered to succeed.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) required. CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and coworkers in a caring, meaningful way. A passion for helping others and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation with a focus on personalized, one-on-one care. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Previous experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions is a plus, but not required.
