Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Freehold, NJ. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions and support patients in improving mobility, strength, function, and overall independence.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises designed to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, and functional abilities. Assist patients with therapeutic activities, transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises. Monitor patients' responses to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. Document treatments, patient progress, and other required clinical information accurately and timely. Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment. Follow facility policies, clinical guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the healthcare team to support quality patient care.

Requirements:

Active PTA License in the state of New Jersey. BLS Certification . Minimum 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Why Consider This Opportunity?
