Job Description

The Palace Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and functional abilities Accurately document treatments and resident progress in a timely manner Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Current PTA license in the State of New Jersey SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Position Details:
PRN / Per Diem Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rate
