Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Visits Full-Time | Burlington County, NJ Make an Impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at BAYADA Home Health Care BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Burlington East Visits team . This position provides one-on-one home health therapy visits to adult and geriatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ . As a BAYADA Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with an experienced Physical Therapist to help clients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence—all in the comfort of their own homes. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients, enjoy the autonomy of home health, and be supported by an experienced interdisciplinary clinical team. . Impact:
Provide one-on-one physical therapy visits to clients in their homes throughout Burlington County. Partner with an experienced and supportive Physical Therapist to provide individualized care. Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized plans of care, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility, and other interventions. Help clients improve or maintain strength, mobility, safety, and functional independence. Monitor client progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate clients, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety strategies, and rehabilitative care. Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team to support positive client outcomes. Complete timely and accurate documentation using BAYADA's electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications:
Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), OR meet applicable experience and proficiency requirements. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Home health experience preferred, but not required. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes throughout Burlington County. Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $46.00 - $52.00 per point As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
