Job Overview Join our healthcare team as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In this position, you will assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, supporting patient recovery, and enhancing mobility. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their overall well-being across various settings, including outpatient clinics only. The clinic is a PIP/ Outpatient Facility. Pay range agreement depending on experience. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively during therapy sessions while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations using electronic health records (EHR) management systems. Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and encourage active participation in recovery processes. Daily documentation done in a timely manner. The physical therapist assistant will have a Physical Therapy Aid on hand and staff for help. Requirements Valid certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) recognized by relevant licensing boards. Demonstrated experience in outpatient therapy fast pace environment preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, and medical terminology. Proficiency in clinical assessment documentation and medical documentation standards. Skilled in the operation of physical therapy equipment and manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy. Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver and client interaction across diverse populations. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team in fast-paced settings / High volume setting with first desk staff ad PT AID help. Working Hours ( Wednesdays 11am

•7pm) with break and /or alternating Saturdays 10am

•3pm.

Pay:

$30.00

•$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0
